Shamrock Pretzel Pops

st patricks day craft
I found these adorable Shamrock Pops on a cooking website and knew Ava would love to make them this St Patty's Day. This 5 minute treat is kid friendly to make and eat!
The original recipe was posted on www.kenmore.com.

Ingredients:

Makes 8 pops
  • 24 mini pretzels
  • 1 pack of Rolos candy
  • 8 green candies (I used M&Ms and Sixlets)
  • lollipop sticks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange 3 pretzels in a shamrock shape and place a Rolo candy in the middle.
  4. Repeat with remaining pretzels and candy.
  5. Bake for 3 minutes, until Rolo is slightly melted.
  6.  Insert a lollipop stick into the soft chocolate and then press a green candy in the middle of the chocolate Rolo.
  7. Let harden then serve to your hungry kiddos!

Ashton and Ava made green fruit smoothies to celebrate!
St Paddy's dinner was green and mighty delicious!
Spinach fettuccine topped with skillet steak smothered in pesto.

We ended the day with a shamrock hand print paint craft.
We had a wonderful, low key St Patrick's Day and it was even better with Ashton here to celebrate with us this year.
