Hocus Pocus Magic Munch Mix + Gift Tag Printable

This Magic Munch Mix is inspired by my favorite Halloween movie: Hocus Pocus. Perfect for movie night snacking or package in snack bags for a spookily delicious treat!
I have also included a free printable gift tag below for you to download and print at home!

Ingredients:

  • 1{8-9 cups} bag microwave popcorn, popped {I like kettle corn}
  • 1 1/2 cups candy corn
  • 4 cups bugles snacks
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds {I like Trader Joe's pumpkin spice flavor}
  • 5oz bag dried cranberries
  • 4 cups Halloween shaped mini pretzels {Utz brand}
  • 1 cup fall colored M&Ms
  • orange colored candy melts {vanilla flavor}
  • 1oz pkg gold star sprinkles

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the first six ingredients.
  2. Melt candy melts in the microwave on 50% power for one minute. Stir then heat for another 30 seconds. Repeat until smooth and melted.
  3. Pour candy melts over the snack mix and stir to coat.
  4. Sprinkle on M&Ms and star sprinkles.
  5. Spread on a lined baking sheet to harden and cool slightly.
  6. Serve in bowls for movie night snacking or package in snack bags for a spookily delicious treat!

For this special Halloween themed snack mix I used a few specialty fall only items.
Obviously these are not required but I thought they were fun and made the snack mix special.
1. Fall colored M&Ms candies {Target}
2. Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin Seeds {Trader Joe's}
3. Halloween Shaped Mini Pretzels {Utz brand, Target}
4. Autumn Mix candy corn {Dollar Tree}
Along with the fall themed items I also added Bugles snacks since they look like witch hats and dried cranberries for color along with sweet kettle popcorn.
