Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Balls

Everything's better with bacon, right? Try this fun and tasty twist on holiday stuffing this season. 
Great for leftovers too! 


Ingredients:

Makes 10 stuffing balls
  • 5 strips thick cut bacon
  • 2 1/2 cups stuffing 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375° degrees.
  2. Line baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add bacon to a skillet and cook until partially cooked. 
  4. Remove to a papertowel to drain.
  5. Cut bacon slices in half. 
  6. Form stuffing into balls with your hands, pressing to stick.
  7. Wrap bacon around stuffing and secure with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is cooked and crisp. 
  9. Drain on a paper towel and serve warm. 
I use about 2 1/2 cups of stuffing. You can use homemade or boxed.
