Cheeseburger and Fries Pizza

Happy National Pizza Day!

I have teamed up with Table5 Pizza to create a delicious topping for their handmade artisanal cornmeal crust pizzas. I decided to combined two of my kiddos favorite foods- cheeseburgers and pizza. Then to make it extra ah-mazing I added thick cut steak fries and homemade fry sauce on top of the cheesy pizza! Let’s just say there were no leftovers of this Cheeseburger and Fries Pizza at dinnertime!
Table5 offers a fresh and healthy take on a familiar favorite. Their handmade artisanal pizzas are created in small batches {in a kitchen, not a factory} using simple and fresh top-quality ingredients. They offer distinctive cornmeal crust pizzas topped with bold and original flavors that taste both familiar and new—all-natural pizzas to enjoy with the whole family and friends.

Ingredients:

Makes 2 servings
  • 1 Table 5 Four Cheese Pizza
  • 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 tbsp burger seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6-8 dill pickle chips {round pickle slices}
  • 1/2 cup fresh French fries
  • 2 tbsp fry sauce {recipe below}
Fry Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add crumbled ground beef to a skillet and season with burger seasoning.
  3. Cook over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain if needed.
  4. Remove pizza from the wrapper and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Evenly sprinkle ground beef on top then add fries.
  6. Finally add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes then add pickles and drizzle on fry sauce.
  8. Slice and serve.
For the Fry Sauce:
  1. In a small bowl mix together all three ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I decided to start with the 4 Cheese Pizza as my base.
Because well, you can never have too much cheese!
Add crumbled ground beef to a skillet and cook over medium heat.
I like to add 1 tbsp burger seasoning.
 Cook until browned then drain.
Remove pizza from the wrapper and place on a baking sheet.
Evenly sprinkle ground beef on top.
 Next add crispy fries.
I used cooked thick cut steak fries. Any fry will work but these stayed crunchy and held their shape best.
You can use homemade, frozen, or buy from your favorite restaurant!
Now, you guessed it, add more cheese!
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese will do the trick.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
 Now make the fry sauce!
Simply mix together mayo, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl.
Remove from oven. It already looks good but time to take it up a notch!
 Drizzle with fry sauce.
Top with sliced pickles.
Slice and serve!
Time to dig in! No leftovers here!

I've never had or even thought of trying this! Minus the pickles looks yummy. I'm not a fan of pickles…

Oh my god this must be a piece of heaven, all good things in one. Our local Papa John's had something similar but they discontinued. Now I think I should make it myself. 🙂 – Cinnamon Rose
