Hi Jean,
Non breaded grilled chicken would work great. I like your chip idea! I add panko crumbs tossed with butter or olive oil on top of casseroles too for texture. I am not sure if there is a gluten free version of those?

I cannot eat anything breaded (gluten), but I assume this will work with plain, cooked chicken chunks? Won't have the same, yummy flavor as breaded, I'm sure, but maybe I could add something to mimic that taste -- maybe crushed potato chips on top right before serving? Any other ideas?

Hi Sonali! Yes, you can use pre-breaded and cooked chicken, cut up, in this recipe too!

This recipe looks yummylicious. We don't have Chick-fil-A here, in Germany but will remember to try them when we visit the U.S.I love this recipe as I don't like spending too much time to cook, so, this is perfect for me and my husband. A quick yummy fix for our hungry bellies. One question though...Can I use market bought chicken nuggets/wings instead of the Chick-fil-A tray??

This sounds so yummy! I love that it is fast and easy to make, too. We don't have Chick-Fil-A here in Canada where I live but I have tried it before . . . I have to say, it's pretty darn delicious!
