Never heard of elf on the shelf but then I am from the beautiful tropical island of Jamaica and have not place for santa as we have no need for chimneys 😀 Cute way to incorporate reading for children though and making it fun!

I had no idea what elf on the shelf was until this year when I moved to the US. I don’t think that we do it in Canada, but I love the idea!
