I do love PF Changs and also love lettuce wraps (though I don;t think I had them at PF C before).. and I will replace the chicken with tofu and try this out

I almost never think to use ground chicken in recipes; I usually stick to regular boneless chicken breasts just out of habit. This looks awesome though, and not that hard to make! Thanks for sharing!
