In reply to Barbara. Oh no! So the only other recommendation I have is to make your chocolate thicker. Once it is hardened, add another layer. I did this with my large mold and it came right out. No, I did not use cooking spray with the chocolate b/c I wasn't sure if the oil would mix in with the melted chocolate.

In reply to Barbara. I did try it again, leaving it in the freezer longer this time. The chocolate came out in pieces. I had to tap it pretty hard.

In reply to Barbara. Hi Barbara, I had some trouble with my larger mold the first time but not the small mold! You can try popping it in the freezer for 5 minutes and then gently tapping the mold with the back of your hand and it should slip out.

So, I just tried using the small mold, and I cannot get the finished chocolate out. Did you have any issues with that? If so, how did you fix it?
