					<description><![CDATA[Made this for our Christmas dinner. It was a big hit   The only problem I had was that the center did not set up after almost a hour. So I upped the temp to 400f and it set up in 10 min. Will definitely made it again. Also I substituted heavy ream for the sour cream]]></description>

Hi there. I would try to find a similar cornbread mix that is gluten free. There are a lot of varieties at the store like Martha White and Krusteaz. Hope this helps!]]></description>
