<p style="text-align: center;">I love simple, crowd pleasing appetizers and baked brie is at the top of my list of favorites!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I decided for Pumpkin Week I would make a fall themed baked brie using my favorite pumpkin sauce on top.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">In fact I used the same pumpkin sauce that I use in my <a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/copycat-pumpkin-spice-latte-pumpkinweek/">Pumpkin Spice Latte</a> recipe!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-32878" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-1024x683.jpg" alt="" width="500" height="333" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-340x225.jpg 340w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/IMG_9482-scaled.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I like to serve my baked brie in a small cast iron skillet (my favorite way to serve dips) and for this version I skipped wrapping it in puff pastry</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">and simply used cheese, pumpkin, and candied almonds. It turned out fantastic and I can&#8217;t wait to make it again for Thanksgiving!</p>
