<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;I just added a tbsp or so of sugar to three different bowls then added 2 drops of green, purple, and yellow food coloring to one bowl each and stirred to coat and color evenly. Store in baggies for later.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp; You should have all three colors in different sections around the rim.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Isn&#8217;t it pretty?!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Bluebell used to have King Cake ice cream or sometimes you can find it at a a local ice cream shop.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I looked all over and couldn&#8217;t find any so I used Birthday Cake ice cream which still has the sweet flavor and festive sprinkles throughout that reminds me of King Cake.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp; You could also use a Cinnamon Roll flavored ice cream too.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4446-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4446-682x1024.jpg" width="304" height="457" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Using a large ice cream scoop, add ice cream to your rimmed glass.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Depending on the size of your glass, add 2-3 scoops of ice cream.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4450-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4450-682x1024.jpg" width="299" height="449" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;I added three scoops because why not, right?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4457-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4457-682x1024.jpg" width="300" height="451" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Now time for the fun part!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4462-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4462-1024x682.jpg" width="403" height="268" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Pour your Abita King Cake Soda on top of the ice cream.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Let it fizz up and keep adding until it&#8217;s filled.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4478-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4478-682x1024.jpg" width="300" height="451" border="0"></a><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4483-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_4483-682x1024.jpg" width="303" height="455" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Add a straw and enjoy.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Word of advice: don&#8217;t add a plastic baby to the top like I did originally.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">That poor thing sunk right to the bottom and wasn&#8217;t quite the fun topper I had envisioned obviously!</div>
<h4 style="text-align: center;">Happy Mardi Gras!</h4>
