<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">It&#8217;s seafood time tonight and I have got a delicious meal to share with&nbsp;y&#8217;all that is done in just 10 minutes!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b>One Pot Meals</b> are a lifesaver for busy families like ours, so I created a Shrimp Scampi inspired pasta featuring <a href="http://seapak.com/">SeaPak Shrimp &amp; Seafood Co</a> Shrimp Scampi. Their Shrimp Scampi is a&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;family friendly meal option and since it is already packed with flavor and sauce all you need to do is cook it, add it to your pasta, and dinner is done!&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">For this recipe I cook everything in just one pot. That&#8217;s right, only one pot to wash so easy clean up too! First you add your broth or water, then once it&#8217;s boiling add your pasta of choice and veggies then your&nbsp;<a href="http://seapak.com/">SeaPak Shrimp &amp; Seafood Co</a>&nbsp;Shrimp Scampi and that&#8217;s it folks! It cook in under 10 minutes and you can relax and enjoy a tasty meal with your family.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Shrimp is America&#8217;s #1 seafood &nbsp;and compared to other<br />
sources of protein it is a versatile and affordable seafood that is both healthy and lean.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Head to the frozen food aisle and pick up &nbsp;<a href="http://seapak.com/">SeaPak Shrimp &amp; Seafood Co</a>&nbsp;Shrimp Scampi to save time and money and still make impressive and easy meals that taste of the coast like my&nbsp;<b>One Pot Shrimp Scampi Pasta</b>.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/SeaPak-Logo-PakTheParty-shop-cbias.png.png"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/SeaPak-Logo-PakTheParty-shop-cbias.png.png" width="320" height="146" border="0"></a></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/onepotscampi-668x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/onepotscampi-668x1024.jpg" width="302" height="463" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This flavorful meal not only saves time and money&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">but also transports me right back to the coast of Florida where I&#8217;m from.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Add chicken broth to a double boiler or large pot over medium high heat.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3732-1024x654.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3732-1024x654.jpg" width="320" height="204" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">The best thing about this recipe is it is perfect for so many different veggies.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I chose my favorites for this dish: spinach, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Change it up and try peas, zucchini, tomatoes, cauliflower, etc.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3733-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3733-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Bring to a boil then add pasta, mushrooms, spinach, garlic, and onion.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Nothing is easier than a one pot meal but I have another time saver for this meal!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">SeaPak frozen Shrimp Scampi is already packed with seasoning and tons of flavor.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3739-667x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3739-667x1024.jpg" width="208" height="320" border="0"></a><br />
Just add to your boiling pasta and the sauce and shrimp cook right in.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3741-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3741-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Mix until all ingredients are combined and submerged in the broth.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3742-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3742-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Turn down to medium heat and add frozen shrimp scampi and salt and pepper.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3752-767x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3752-767x1024.jpg" width="239" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Cook at a simmer for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is pink and most of the liquid is absorbed.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3745-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/IMG_3745-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Take off the heat and stir in 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-prvht73QdB8/Uj0H41eNu-I/AAAAAAAALqI/ywBLOpa4bYs/s1600/SPIKEDRECIPECHALLENGE_zps72efc014.png"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/SPIKEDRECIPECHALLENGE_zps72efc014.png" width="302" height="215" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;I was excited when I found out about this contest featuring fall beer. I hate to admit it but I am not a fan of beer (even though my hubby is!) and I have never even cooked with it. So I wanted to try something out of the box for this recipe contest. While browsing the beer aisle at the store, it came to me:<b> Shrimp &amp; Grits</b>&#8230;fall version!<br />
<img decoding="async" class="" title="Loaded Pumpkin Grits " src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/pumpgrits-686x1024.jpg" alt="" width="390" height="583" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1072"></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">So I set out to make a creamy <b>loaded pumpkin grits and poached shrimp in beer!</b> I serve it with a side of sauteed spinach or kale and you have a delectable fall inspired Southern meal!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-RGsTPWEFxQE/Uj0CsDs59AI/AAAAAAAALm0/air7YLKKXrU/s1600/IMG_1802.JPG"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/IMG_1802-768x1024.jpg" width="240" height="320" border="0"></a>&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;I searched high and low in our local grocery stores for unique fall beer but I could only find a few kinds so I decided to use <b>Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale</b>. Boy, I am glad I did! This beer was seasoned with nutmeg and has a light citrus flavor. Perfect for my <b>Poached Shrimp and Pumpkin Grits</b>!</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/november-2015-inside-1024x540.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/november-2015-inside-1024x540.jpg" width="401" height="212" border="0" data-original-height="620" data-original-width="1175"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/shrimp-pumpkin-grits-OS-1-1024x540.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/shrimp-pumpkin-grits-OS-1-1024x540.jpg" width="400" height="211" border="0" data-original-height="620" data-original-width="1175"></a></div>
<p>My<b> Fall Beer Poached Shrimp and Pumpkin Grits</b> recipe was featured on <a href="http://ourstate.com/">ourstate.com</a><br />
and won the Lowes Foods’ Local Flavor Recipe Contest: Craft Beer edition. The recipe photo was published in a Lowes ad in the November 2015 issue of <i>Our State</i> magazine.</p>
