<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Here&#8217;s a sweet throwback from years ago with my crafty kiddos.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">This easy dragon craft is fun to make as a themed kids activity for story time, parties, and family movie night.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_163014-768x1024.jpg" width="405" height="540" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"></div>
</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" style="border: 0pt none;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/fork.png" align="center"></div>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_163017-768x1024.jpg" width="299" height="399" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"><br />
What you need:&nbsp;</h3>
<div style="text-align: center;">1 cardboard paper towel roll&nbsp;<br />
glue<br />
1 piece colored construction paper<br />
2 large pom poms</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">2 small pom poms<br />
2 googly eyes</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">strips of red, orange, yellow tissue paper</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Directions:</h3>
<div style="text-align: center;">1. Start with a large paper towel roll (empty of towels, obviously). Choose a colored sheet of paper and cut it to the length of the roll.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">2. Cover with glue ( I used a glue stick) and wrap the paper around the roll, smoothing down to cover it.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">3. Now glue the two small pom poms side by side to one end of the roll. These will be the dragon nose.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">4. Next, glue the two larger pom poms side by side on the other end. These are the eyes.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">5. Add a dot of glue to each of the larger pom poms and press on the googly eyes.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">6. Finally, add glue to the ends of each of the tissue paper strips and attach to the inside of the&nbsp;paper roll under the dragon&#8217;s nose.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">7. Continue to glue on the strips covering the inside of the dragon mouth so it is breathing &#8220;fire&#8221;.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">8. Now you have a fire breathing dragon that you can blow in and make the fire move! Have fun!</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" style="border: 0pt none;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/spoon.png" align="center"></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_160732-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_160732-768x1024.jpg" width="306" height="408" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"></a><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_160714-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_160714-768x1024.jpg" width="306" height="408" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"></a></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Crafts with my girls is one of our favorite activities.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">We have been so lucky to have wonderful library events and military family groups (Blue Star Families and The USO are my two favorites) that host craft events in our area.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_163151-768x1024.jpg" width="295" height="393" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"></div>
<p style="text-align: center;">You can never have too many paper rolls for crafts!</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_160835-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_160835-768x1024.jpg" width="299" height="399" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"></a><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_163146-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/20190322_163146-768x1024.jpg" width="298" height="397" border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200"></a></div>

Now glue the two small pom poms side by side to one end of the roll. These will be the dragon nose.<br />
Next, glue the two larger pom poms side by side on the other end. These are the eyes.&nbsp;<br />
Add a dot of glue to each of the larger pom poms and press on the googly eyes.&nbsp;</p>
