Crock-Pot Hash Brown Potato and Turkey Soup

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bag Southern style hashbrown potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked turkey chopped
  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese cubed
  • 1 32 oz box chicken or turkey broth
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, plus more for garnish shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, plus more for garnish diced

Instructions

  • In a large Crock-Pot add all ingredients and toss to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  • To serve, ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions and shredded cheddar.
