Baked Brie Cheese with Orange Fig Spread and Toasted Pistachios
Ingredients

oz
round of Brie Cheese
1/2
jar {5oz} of Orchard Choice California Fig Spread {I used the California Orange flavor}
1/3
cup
shelled pistachios
assorted crackers
sliced pears, and apples for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add unwrapped round of Brie cheese to the center of an oven proof skillet or dish {I used my oiled cast iron griddle pan}.
Heat the fig spread in a small bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir and pour on top of Brie.
Sprinkle pistachios on top of fig spread.
Place pan in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers and fruit for dipping.
