Indulgent Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients

baked 9 inch pie crust

package cream cheese
softened

can sweetened condensed milk

peanut butter
1/2
cup
whipped cream {recipe bwlow}
2
tbsp
peanut butter cookie crumbs
additional whipped cream
for topping {optional}
For the whipped cream:
1/2
cup
heavy cream
2
tbsp
powdered sugar
Instructions
To make whipped cream:
Add a mixing bowl and beater to the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove and add heavy cream and powdered sugar to the bowl.
Beat with a mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
For the pie:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter with a mixer at medium speed until creamy.
Beat in condensed milk until well combined.
Now fold in whipped cream.
Spread mixture in pie crust.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours up to overnight.
To serve: slice and garnish with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
