Using a butter knife or a cupcake corer, carefully cut out a circle in the center of each cupcake. Do not poke all the way through to the bottom. Save the cut out pieces.
Spoon 1 tbsp jam into the center of each cupcake then add the cut out top back on.
Top with green frosting in decorative swirls.
Add Halloween colored sprinkles and Hocus Pocus cupcake toppers.
