Bake 12 red cupcakes {any flavor} in red cupcake liners. Let cool.
Frost the tops with red decorating icing.
Add sugar sprinkles to a small plate and dip and roll each iced cupcake top to coat completely in the red sugar.
Break pretzel sticks into small pieces and press one piece into the center of each cupcake for the stem.
Finally cut green gummy straws into tiny pieces and press next to the pretzel stick on each cupcake for the leaf. You can also make a small hole and slide into the top of the cupcake.
Serve right away or store in a sealed container for up to 3-4 days.
