Raspberry Pistachio Baked Brie
Ingredients

ounce
wheel of brie cheese
1/2
cup
seedless raspberry jam
1/4
cup
pistachios
shelled
sliced apples pears and crackers
for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the top rind of the brie by carefully cutting away the top layer of skin/paper.
Place the brie in a small oven safe skillet (I like cast iron) or small baking dish.
Heat the raspberry jam for 5 to 10 seconds in the microwave on high until it's easily spreadable.
Spoon it on top of the Brie, right in the middle. Using a rubber spatula, spread it out to the edges.
Spoon the pistachios on top of the jam, covering the top.
Bake the Brie in the center rack for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is beginning to melt inside.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
Add sliced fruit and crackers on a platter and serve with the brie for dipping.
