Double Chocolate Avocado Brownies
Ingredients

large ripe avocados
peeled and mashed

Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar

semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add eggs and avocado.
Mix on medium speed until combined.
In a separate mixing bowl add flour, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, and cocoa. Mix well.
With the mixer running on low, slowly pour the dry ingredients into the avocado.
Once it is combined well turn off the mixer.
Add the vanilla and the chocolate chips and gently mix in with a spatula.
Pour into a greased 8X8 baking dish, smoothing the top and filling in all the corners.
Bake for 30-35 minutes then let cool before cutting into squares.
