Halloween Ghost Strawberries
Ingredients

large strawberries
stems attached
6
oz
white almond bark
black decorating icing
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the berries and pat dry.
Add the almond bark to a microwaveable bowl and heat for 60 seconds. Stir then heat again in 15 second intervals until smooth.
You can use your fingers and hold the stems or insert a toothpick in the top center to hold the berries.
Use a spoon to spread a strawberry sized circle ending in a swoosh to the side (your ghost shape) of melted almond bark on the parchment paper.
Dip a berry in the melted almond bark and coat completely up to the stem.
Use a spoon to spread a strawberry sized circle ending in a swoosh to the side (your ghost shape) of melted almond bark on the parchment paper.
Place the dipped berry, before it dries, on top of the melted circle.
Remove toothpick and repeat with remaining berries.
Using the black icing add two circle eyes and a larger circle mouth on each berry.
Let dry completely then serve. They can be stored in a covered container in the fridge if you make in advance.
