Spooky Pasta and Eyeballs
Ingredients
12
oz
rotini black bean pasta
1
jar marinara sauce
4
individual mozzarella cheese sticks
14-16
black olives
sliced
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
While the pasta cooks, slice the cheese sticks into 8 circles each.
Take the olive slices and cut into small squares.
Heat the marinara sauce in the microwave or in a saucepan over med low until warmed.
To plate: scoop pasta onto four plates.
Top with a heaping couple spoonfuls of warm marinara sauce.
Now arrange the 8 circles of mozzarella on top of the sauce as the eyeballs.
Top each cheeseball with a small square of olive, as the eye pupil.
Serve warm with garlic bread and a salad and enjoy!
