In a large microwave-safe bowl add butter and marshmallows.
Heat for 3 minutes on high.
Remove and stir with a rubber spatula {coat with cooking spray} until smooth.
Add cereal and mix well.
Press onto bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Cool completely then turn pan onto a cutting board and place the whole sheet of Rice Krispies treats on the board.
Cut into Mickey Mouse shapes with a cookie cutter.
Melt half a bag of chocolate chips in a medium microwave bowl at 1/2 power for 45 seconds. Stir then heat in 15 second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth.
Working fast, dip the ears of each Mickey shaped Rice Krispies treat in the melted chocolate.
Gently shake of any excess then place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Sprinkle on a few Mickey shaped sprinkles {find on Amazon.com} then let dry.
Melt the remaining half bowl of chocolate chips and repeat with remaining Rice Krispies treats.
Once dry you can package in bags and tie closed with ribbon or store in a closed container for a week.
