Sunrise Smoothie for Lactation Support

Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 5-6 oz container raspberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 tbsp Brewer's Yeast
  • 1 tbsp flax seed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a large glass.
  • Add a straw and garnish with a few extra berries. Enjoy!
