Instructions
Prepare and make the fried pickles. View my recipe here.
Heat a non stick grill pan over medium heat.
Add both seasoned patties to the pan and cook to desired temperature, flipping once {about 10 minutes}.
Add sliced cheese to the top of each burger and cover the pan with a lid for one minute to steam and melt cheese.
Meanwhile spread ranch dressing on the inside top and bottom toasted bun.
Place bottom buns on serving plates and add lettuce and a tomato slice to each.
Remove burgers from skillet and place on the dressed buns.
Top with a handful of fried pickles and finally add the top bun.
Serve right away with extra napkins and more ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
For the Buttermilk Ranch:
Add all four ingredients to a bowl.
Whisk until smooth.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
