5-6cupscubed seedless watermelonabout 1/4 of a watermelon
1tbsplemon juice
1/2cupwater
1/2cupsugar
Instructions
Add cubed watermelon to a large bowl and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. This is optional but helps the watermelon to blend better instead of getting mushy.
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
When you are ready to make the sorbet add cubed watermelon, sugar water, and lemon juice to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth then pour into a loaf pan.
Cover and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
When you are ready to serve remove from the freezer about 10-15 minutes early to soften then scoop into cups or cones and enjoy.
