2premade crepes {I used a 9 inch} or use my recipe on the blog
1/4cupmarshmallow sauce {recipe below}
2-3tbspchocolate sauce
2tbspmini marshmallowstoasted for topping
3tbspgraham cracker crumbs
2tbspchocolate chipsfor topping
2chocolate squaresfor garnish
whipped creamfor topping
For the marshmallow sauce:
1 1/2cupsmini marshmallows
1/4cupheavy cream
1/2teaspoonAdam's Extract vanilla
Instructions
Lay crepe flat on a plate and drizzle half the chocolate sauce on the inside.
Next drizzle about 1-2 tbsp of marshmallow sauce on the crepe.
Sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs.
Fold crepe in half then over again to make a triangle shape.
Repeat with second crepe.
Serve together or on two plates.
To garnish: drizzle remaining marshmallow sauce on top then add whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Place two chocolate squares on top of the whipped cream.
Serve immediately and be prepared to fall in love at first bite!
For the marshmallow sauce:
Bring water to boil over med low heat on a double boiler.
Add marshmallows and heavy cream and stir until melted.
