No Bake Key Lime Tarts


  • 20-25 phyllo shell tarts
  • 1/2 140 z can condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice
  • zest from 2 key limes
  • whipped cream for topping


  • In a medium bowl add condensed milk and key lime juice and whisk until mixed well.
  • Carefully spoon filling into each tart shell, filling to the top.
  • Add a small dollop of whipped cream on top of each then a sprinkle of lime zest.
  • Chill until ready to serve.


The tart shells are prebaked but if you want them crispier you can bake them for 5 minutes at 350 degrees before filling.
