No Bake Key Lime Tarts
phyllo shell tarts
z can condensed milk
key lime juice
zest from 2 key limes
In a medium bowl add condensed milk and key lime juice and whisk until mixed well.
Carefully spoon filling into each tart shell, filling to the top.
Add a small dollop of whipped cream on top of each then a sprinkle of lime zest.
Chill until ready to serve.
The tart shells are prebaked but if you want them crispier you can bake them for 5 minutes at 350 degrees before filling.
