Honey Roasted Post® Raisin Bran Granola


  • 4 cups Post® Raisin Bran cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 1 cup dried sliced apples
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil {or substitute warm coconut oil}
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a large bowl add cereal, coconut, apples, pecans, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
  • In another bowl add honey, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth and combined.
  • Pour honey mixture on top of the cereal and toss well to combine.
  • Spread out the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5 minutes then stir and bake for 3-5 more minutes until toasted and fragrant.
  • Let cool then scoop into a seal-able mason jar or container and eat within a week.
