Orange Creamsicle Ambrosia Salad
Makes approx 20 servings
Ingredients

cans mandarian oranges
drained

pkg Orange Jell-O
24

container Vanilla Greek yogurt
12
oz
Cool-Whip
semi-frozen
2 1/2
cups
mini marshmallows
divided
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together yogurt and orange Jell-O powder.
Add in a tub of semi frozen cool whip (it works best when it isn't fully thawed!).
Now mix in the drained oranges, saving 1/4 cup for topping.
Finally, gently fold in 2 cups of marshmallows.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
Before serving add remaining 1/2 cup marshmallows and 1/4 cup oranges on top as a colorful garnish!
