Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Slice bananas through the peel, but not all the way through. You should have a banana pocket, still completely in the peel.
Stuff with whatever yummy toppings you desire! I set out shredded coconut, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, honey, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, cinnamon sugar, and graham cracker bits.
After stuffing, wrap each banana in a double layer of aluminum foil.
Place on the top rack of a grill and cover. Grill for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat, carefully unwrap and remove aluminum foil. The banana peel will be black but the banana and toppings should be melted and gooey! Perfect for dessert!
