1tbspsugarI prefer brown or turbinado
1tspcaramel syrup/sauceadd more depending on how sweet you want it
Instructions
Preheat your oven broiler.
Scoop rice pudding into a 12 oz oven proof dish (or two small 6 oz ramekins will work too).
Drizzle caramel over the top and mix in to the pudding.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and completely cover the top of the pudding.
Place on a baking sheet then place in the oven, on the top rack. Cook until the pudding bubbles and the sugar on top caramelizes and browns, about 2-4 minutes.
