Add chocolate and butter to a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute on 50% power. Stir then repeat in 30 second intervals until smooth and melted.
Add 10 drops of green food coloring and stir.
Set aside and let cool slightly.
In another bowl, beat together eggs and egg yolks until foamy.
Add sugar and beat for another minute.
Not pour in the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
Finally add the flour and mix well.
Divide batter evenly into 2 ramekins.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the tops of the cakes are slightly firm to the touch and golden.
To serve, run knife around the outer edge of the ramekin. Place a plate on top of the ramekin and invert. When you cut into the individual cakes the green "slime" will ooze out!
Serve warm immediately. Each cake is big enough to share!
