Fudgy Double Mint Brownies

Makes 9 brownies


  • 1 box Chocolate Fudge brownie mix
  • ingredients required on the back of the box usually water, oil, egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Andes mints roughly chopped and divided
  • 1 green mint candy cane crushed (for topping)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to box and mix well.
  • Gently mix in 1 cup chopped Andes mint.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
  • Spread out and smooth on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through but still soft and fudgy inside.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle on remaining chopped chocolate.
  • It should melt some and you can spread to cover the top.
  • Finally, sprinkle on crushed green candy canes all over.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
