<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">These bite size breaded cheese bites make a delicious party food or snack for game day! Tossed in a spicy chipotle seasoning, they are made with&nbsp;<b>Weight Watchers Light String Cheese </b>and are<b>&nbsp;</b>baked not fried! even better, you can make ahead and freeze them.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;Then bake right before your guests arrive!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">One of the snacks my whole family loves is string cheese. It&#8217;s not only tasty but fun to eat and a healthy choice for snack time! I pack them in our lunches, we take them on picnics and road trips, and I keep a pack in the snack tray in the fridge whenever someone wants a healthy snack at home. Our local Walmart carries a large variety of&nbsp;<b>Weight Watchers Light String Cheese</b>, which&nbsp;is my family&#8217;s go to brand. I like that it is made from milk and only 50 calories and 1 SmartPoints per serving!&nbsp;</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Start by unwrapping the cheese sticks and then cut each stick into 5 or 6 1 inch cubes.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;You should have about 60-70 cubes.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_1901-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_1901-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;Time for some spice! I use 2 tbsp&nbsp;chipotle chile pepper seasoning.<br />
You can use half if you want it less spicy.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_1902-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_1902-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Mix together the panko breadcrumbs with the chipotle.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Make a breading station by setting out three plates or large bowls.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Add beaten eggs to one, flour to one, and mix together panko and chipotle seasoning for the third plate.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">First, dip the cheese cubes in flour, shake off excess, then dip in egg and then coat&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Place on a plate and repeat with all remaining cheese cubes.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Place the coated cheese in the freezer for 30 minutes {this helps them not ooze out in the oven}.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_191128229-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/IMG_191128229-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Remove cheese from the freezer and place them on a lined baking sheet.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Save time and make these cheese bites in advance! Bread them then freeze on a baking sheet or plate until frozen solid. Then place in a freezer bag in the freezer until ready to bake.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">I like to serve my cheese bites with Chipotle Ranch dip.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Simply mix in 1/2 tsp Chipotle seasoning to Ranch dressing and serve.&nbsp;</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Nothing is better, in my opinion, on a cold day or night than a hearty bowl of chili! To make it even easier, I cook it in my Crock-Pot. This veggie chili is packed with beans, garlic, peppers, onions, and carrots but I added sweet potatoes, chipotle powder, and cinnamon to top it off! Hearty and delicious with a little sweet and a little spicy kick. Bonus: the aroma in your kitchen while this cooks is mouth-watering! It doesn&#8217;t get any better than that, y&#8217;all!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">I use 4 different varieties of beans in this recipe. You can use which ever beans you like but I am a fan of these four! Make sure to rinse and drain before adding to the Crock-Pot.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/IMG_3528-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/IMG_3528-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">4 types of beans are the base of this tasty veggie chili.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/IMG_3531-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/IMG_3531-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">I love the mix of savory, spicy, and sweet! Chipotle and Cinnamon give this chili a depth of flavor and unexpected aroma and mix of sweet and spice.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/IMG_3536-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/IMG_3536-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>
