<p style="text-align: center;">Add your drained canned peaches to a chopping board and slice in half vertically one or two times, depending on size. This gives you thinner slices to top you cookies.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Add them to a paper towel lined plate to finish draining while you mix up the cooking dough.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Add sugar, butter, and cream cheese to a larger mixing bowl.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Mix together first on low then gradually higher until creamed together and smooth, about 2 minutes.<br />
Now add eggs, one at a time, over low speed until incorporated.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-37082" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9518-150x100.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Now add cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I just love the smell of these warm spices!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-37083" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9519-150x100.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Finally, with the mixer running on low speed, mix in the chopped peach pie filling and peach jam.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-37084" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9521-150x100.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Once that is all mixed well add flour, about 1/2 a cup at a time.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Keep it on low speed and mix until all the flour is incorporated.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-37085" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="450" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-200x300.jpg 200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-683x1024.jpg 683w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-768x1152.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9524-150x225.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The dough will be thick and fragrant.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter wp-image-37086" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-scaled.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" srcset="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-scaled.jpg 1200w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/IMG_9525-150x100.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px" /></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Pour pecan pieces (or you can use chopped pecans but break up any large pieces) onto a large plate.</p>
