<p style="text-align: center;">Taco Tuesday sure is delicious this week!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I decided to try something different because not only was it Taco Tuesday but it was also my daughter Stella&#8217;s birthday!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">We call her <strong>Spaghetti Stella</strong> because this kid loves a big ol&#8217; plate of spaghetti so she requests it on her birthday every year. I try to come up with a different recipe to make it fun, so this year I combined spaghetti with another family favorite- tacos to make <strong>Taco Spaghetti</strong>! It turned out amazing and everyone gobbled it up. Even better it is made in just one large pot so it is easy and saves on clean up!&nbsp;</p>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">To celebrate I have teamed up with <b>Mama&#8217;s Mary&#8217;s® Pizza</b> again {remember my <a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/2013/10/for-love-of-pizza-tasting-party-with.html">Mama Mary&#8217;s Tasting Party</a> a few years back?} and I have two tasty pizza recipes to share! First, I have created this crunchy <b>Taco Pizza </b>for our Taco Tuesday&#8217;s dinner tonight. Then, next month I have a Thanksgiving themed pizza you are going to love!&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="clear: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;" href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-rrAlVh-AHCE/V_25mL3QH_I/AAAAAAAAkCU/H7WaS-V0MYoGvTf8EZcWgzZeRZ9iaSxWACLcB/s1600/12inch-Original___GS1_JPEG.png"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/12inch-Original___GS1_JPEG.png" width="200" height="200" border="0"></a><a style="clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-yZEaPGEMwLs/V_25mJ4GrsI/AAAAAAAAkCc/geX5CwdKndMVVrGuObFxFs6AADkuUzTTQCLcB/s1600/12-Thin-%2526-Crispy___GS1_JPEG.png"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/12-Thin-26-Crispy___GS1_JPEG.png" width="200" height="200" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This Taco Pizza is inspired by two of my fave foods: tacos and pizza. I add seasoned beef, crushed tortilla chips, taco sauce, and lots of gooey cheese, all baked on top of a Mama Mary&#8217;s pizza crust.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Scroll down for the recipe and comment and let me know what your favorite pizza creation is!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">This month is Mama Mary&#8217;s third annual <b>National Pizza Month </b>promotion at Walmart. On specially marked packages of Mama Mary’s Pizza Crust from October through November at Walmart stores nationally, there will be a fold-out booklet with more than $5 in coupon savings from Mama Mary’s Pizza Crusts and Pepperoni, Dole® Pineapple, Cabot® Cheese, Kikkoman® Teriyaki, Barilla® Sauce, and Filippo Berio® Olive Oil.&nbsp;</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9466-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9466-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9467-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9467-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Stir and crumble.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9474-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9474-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Then add taco seasoning. Check out my homemade recipe <a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/2016/02/taco-soup-with-homemade-taco-seasoning.html">here</a>.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9489-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9489-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Now prepare your crust. I place one large Mama Mary&#8217;s crust on a baking sheet</div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9490-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9490-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Brush olive oil all over the crust.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9493-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9493-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Now pour on taco sauce. I use about 1/2 cup.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9494-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9494-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Spread evenly all over the crust except for the edges.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9495-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9495-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Sprinkle on ground beef.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9502-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9502-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Sprinkle on crushed {or broken} tortilla chips.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9486-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9486-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I used Cabot® Cheese white cheddar for this pizza.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9505-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9505-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I shredded 2 cups of cheese.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9507-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9507-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Then sprinkle all over. The more cheese the better.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9508-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9508-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9509-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9509-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9512-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9512-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;I like shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, diced onion, sliced olives, sour cream, and salsa.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9528-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9528-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0"></a><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9530-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/IMG_9530-682x1024.jpg" width="213" height="320" border="0"></a></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Here&#8217;s a fun recipe for <b>Cinco de Mayo</b> and <b>Meatless Monday</b>!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Even though I am not eating vegetarian any more I still try to make a vegetarian dinner for my family once or twice a week. We eat roasted veggies often along with Mexican inspired dishes so I thought I would combine the two and create a vegetarian <b>Roasted Sweet Potato Taco Salad with Avocado&nbsp;Crème</b>. It came out better than expected and is now a family fave!&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Try it for your next <b><i>Meatless Monday</i></b>.&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Check out my tips on :&nbsp;<a href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/2013/07/meatless-monday-italian-roasted.html?m=0">How To Roasted Veggies</a></p>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I made a batch of flavor packed Spanish rice and used about 1 cup for the taco salads and saved the remaining for leftovers.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4083-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4083-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">Any roasted veggies would be delish in this salad but I prefer sweet, crunchy onions and tasty (and filling) cubed sweet potatoes.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4085-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" style="cursor: move;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4085-768x1024.jpg" width="240" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;Peppers, asparagus, corn, and cauliflower would all be delicious options too.&nbsp;</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">I prefer black beans over the traditional refried beans. Jazz them up with a spice blend of cumin, cayenne, and chili powder.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4087-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" style="cursor: move;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4087-768x1024.jpg" width="240" height="320" border="0"></a><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4101-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4101-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I use bagged salad lettuce to save time and usually have a couple in the fridge to throw together a salad for lunch or dinner in a flash!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4103-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4103-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">For <b>Avocado&nbsp;Crème</b>: pulse together avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and salt and pepper in a food processor.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4111-768x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4111-768x1024.jpg" width="240" height="320" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<div style="text-align: center; margin: 0px;">This simple recipe for avocado crème is fast and easy and I make it often for</div>
<div style="text-align: center; margin: 0px;">&nbsp;nachos, enchiladas, and taco salads.&nbsp;</div>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4105-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" style="cursor: move;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4105-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">To plate: add lettuce to a plate.&nbsp;Top with rice and seasoned black beans.&nbsp;Add roasted veggies then shredded cheese and top with avocado creme.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">&nbsp;</div>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" style="cursor: move;" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4115-768x1024.jpg" width="240" height="320" border="0"></p>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">I have made this recipe many times and every time I love it even more!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;I am a big fan of roasted veggies like sweet potatoes and sweet onions and they make a delicious healthy substitute for the usual chicken or ground beef in a taco salad.&nbsp;</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4127-1024x768.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/IMG_4127-1024x768.jpg" width="320" height="240" border="0"></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Bonus: leftovers for nachos the next day!&nbsp;</div>
