<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="background-color: transparent; font-family: inherit; line-height: 16px;">This summer we, as a family, have excitedly watched the<b>&nbsp;<span style="text-align: left;">Rio 2016 Olympic Games</span></b><span style="font-size: 12px; text-align: left;">. </span><span style="text-align: left;">We are a patriotic military family and we love cheering on <b>Team USA</b> in every sports category.&nbsp;</span></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: inherit; line-height: 16px;"><span style="text-align: left;">Ava&#8217;s favorite sport is swimming so naturally she loves watching <b>Team USA</b> compete in the swimming category. Her favorite&nbsp;</span></span><span style="line-height: 16px;">Olympian is swimmer David Boudia and since she started watching him compete this year she has learned about teamwork, determination, and setting goals. Ava has been swimming since she was a baby and now she has decided she is going to&nbsp;compete&nbsp;in the&nbsp;Olympics&nbsp;one day too!</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="line-height: 16px;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/powertheirdreams-682x1024.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="" title="Buy the brands that support Team USA by shopping for P&amp;G products at Walmart. #LetsPowerTheirDreams" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/powertheirdreams-682x1024.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="600" border="0"></a>&nbsp;</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">Since we are out in the Louisiana summer heat, it is important to always stay hydrated, even when swimming! So I made a delicious <b>Watermelonade</b> for the girls and I to sip on during our pool days. Not only is it tasty and a fun bright color that my girls love, but it also cools you down and the mint ice cubes mixed with the lemon and watermelon are a delicious flavor combo.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">We love it and so will you!</span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="background-color: transparent;"><span style="line-height: 16px;">In our little town, we shop for just about everything at Walmart. I have always been a big fan of P&amp;G</span></span></span></div>

I use many P&amp;G products but my favorite lately has been<br />
<b>Head &amp; Shoulders® Classic Clean Shampoo</b>. I love that it not only smells great and leaves my hair soft and tangle free but it also gets rid of my bothersome itchy and flaky scalp.<br />

I use about 3 large springs of fresh mint to make the ice cubes.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9649-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9649-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<p>Finely chop the mint.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9650-1024x628.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9650-1024x628.jpg" width="320" height="196" border="0"></a><br />
Add chopped mint to two ice cube molds.</p>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9653-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9653-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></div>
<p>Fill with water and place in freezer until solid.<br />

Once frozen you have cute fresh mint ice cubes to chill and flavor your summer drinks.<br />
<a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9755-1024x682.jpg"><img decoding="async" src="https://www.4theloveoffoodblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/IMG_9755-1024x682.jpg" width="320" height="213" border="0"></a></p>

<div style="text-align: center;">Chop half of the watermelon into cubes &#8211; you should have about 5 cups.</div>
