Pumpkin Pudding Cookies

Pumpkin Spice pudding mix

pumpkin puree

Pumpkin Spice baking chips
(can sub white chocolate chips)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl stir together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, pudding mix, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl add the eggs, pumpkin puree, and oil.
Whisk until smooth.
Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet, whisking as you combine.
Now add the baking chips, stirring in gently by hand.
Using a small scoop, scoop batter and add 4 rows of 3 on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack .
Repeat with remaining batter.
