Add cream cheese, softened butter, and brown sugar to a mixer bowl.
Blend on medium speed until smooth.
With the mixer running, slowly add flour, a little at a time until fully combined.
If you want a more pronounced red color, add 10-20 drops red food coloring and stir in.
Pour crushed Oreos into the bowl and gently stir in by hand.
Scoop the dough ball onto a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap up.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop and roll batter into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Gently press to flatten cookies if you like them more flat and large. If you want small round cookies leave them as balls.
Press a few pieces of broken Oreos on top of each cookie.
Bake for 12 minutes then let cool slightly on the baking sheet before removing to a rack to cool completely.
