Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread freshly popped popcorn on a baking sheet.
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. I use 4 tbsp but my husband, who likes lots of butter on his popcorn, used 6 tbsp.
Remove from heat then whisk in seasoning.
Pour buffalo sauce over popcorn and toss to combine.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Toss in blue cheese crumbles.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
Stir then pour into a bowl and serve.
