The BIG Game is this weekend and boy, do I have a tasty snack for you to serve.
This Game Day Buffalo Wing Popcorn is spicy, buttery, and oh so addicting! Crunchy popcorn is tossed with buffalo seasoning, butter, and creamy blue cheese crumbles and tastes just like my favorite buffalo chicken wings!
You won’t be able to stop eating this flavorful appetizer.
It’s that good!

Game Day Buffalo Wing Popcorn

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  • Remove from heat then whisk in seasoning.
  • Pour buffalo sauce over popcorn and toss to combine.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Toss in blue cheese crumbles.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir then pour into a bowl and serve.

Start with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn.
I used one bag of microwave popcorn which makes about 8 cups.
I use buffalo seasoning for this recipe.
I found this traditional flavor at Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. I use 4 tbsp but my husband,
who likes lots of butter on his popcorn, used 6 tbsp.
Remove from heat then whisk in seasoning.
Pour buffalo sauce over popcorn.
Toss to combine.
Spread popcorn on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
Toss in blue cheese crumbles.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
Stir then pour into a bowl and serve.
Ashton gave the popcorn two thumbs up…and ate two bowls full!
