Asian Ramen Slaw
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients

14 ounce package shredded coleslaw mix
1
3 ounce package ramen noodles
3
green onions
diced
1/4
cup
slivered almonds
For the dressing:
1/3
cup
vegetable or canola oil
1/3
cup
rice vinegar
1/3
cup
brown sugar
1
tbsp
soy sauce
Instructions
In a small bowl, add all dressing ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, add coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, and almonds.
Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces in the package then open and add on top of salad. Discard flavor packet.
Pour the dressing on top and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss again before serving.
