Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Tassies
Ingredients

butter
melted

cup
sugar

eggs
5
tablespoons
dark corn syrup
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1-2
teaspoons
Bourbon
1
cup
chopped pecans
or pecan pieces
2
packages phyllo tart shells
15 per package
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Line a mini muffin tin with the phyllo shells.
Mix sugar, butter, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, Bourbon together in a bowl.
Add chopped pecans.
Using a spoon, fill each phyllo shell to the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm or at room temp.
You can also serve with a small dollop or whipped cream.
