"Beauty and the Beast" The Grey Stuff Oreo Mousse
Makes approx 6-8 desserts
Ingredients
1
box {3.5 oz} instant vanilla pudding mix
2
cups
whole milk

Oreo cookies {about 1/2 a package}
1
cup
{8 oz} heavy whipping cream
1
tbsp
powdered sugar
sugar decorative pearls and roses
for decorating
Instructions
Prepare pudding by whisking pudding mix and 2 cups milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until they are finely crushed. Set aside.
To make the whipped cream, place your bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before using.
Remove from freezer and pour heavy cream and powdered sugar in the bowl.
Beat on high until stiff peaks form.
Remove pudding from the fridge and gently mix in whipped cream until combined.
Now, pour in crushed Oreos and stir until mixed well.
Add to a piping bag {optional} and swirl into serving goblets or dessert bowls. You can also add on top of cupcakes.
Sprinkle sugar pearls on top of each mousse and top with a red sugar rose.
Serve right away or refrigerate until serving.
