Chicken Divan Casserole
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients

cups
or 2 large skinless/boneless chicken breasts
cooked and cubed

cups
or 1 large head of broccoli
steamed and chopped

oz
can of condensed low fat cream of mushroom soup

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
low fat sour cream
1/4
cup
skim milk
1/4
cup
white wine
1/2
tsp
curry powder
1/2
cup
panko breadcrumbs
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese {grated or shredded}
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an 8X8 casserole dish.
In a small bowl add Parmesan and panko and mix well. Set aside.
Mix together the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, soup, cheese, sour cream, milk, wine, and curry powder in a large bowl until well combined.
Pour into the casserole dish.
Sprinkle the Parmesan panko mix evenly on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
