Honey Berry Sliced Brie Appetizer
Ingredients
8-12
oz
round of Brie cheese
1 1/2
cups
assorted berries
I like sliced strawberries and blackberries
honey
for topping
Instructions
With a small knife gently cut away the papery rind on the top and bottom of the brie.
Cut the brie round into small wedges, around 16-18 pieces.
Arrange on a plate in a circular pattern.
Drizzle honey all over the brie.
Now arrange the fruit on top. I like to pile the strawberry slices in the middle and then add the blackberries in a circle around them.
Serve and enjoy!
