Pour oil about half way full into a heavy bottomed pot.
Heat oil over medium until around 370 degrees (I check by adding the end of a wooden spoon in the oil to see if it bubbles).
Separate your biscuits on a cutting board. Flatten with the back of your hand.
Using a Mickey cookie cutter, cut out one Mickey out of each biscuit. Discard scraps.
Add 2 or 3 (depending on the size of your pot) biscuits to the oil at a time. Do not overcrowd.
Cook until golden, flip and cook the other side. You need to cook for at least a couple minutes so they are not doughy inside so adjust your temperate if they get too dark.
Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and repeat with remaining biscuits.
Add to a plate or paper bag like Disney and dust immediately with powdered sugar. Lots and lots of powdered sugar.
Notes
These are best eaten hot and fresh. If you do have leftovers you can eat at room temp or reheat at 200 degrees in the oven for 5 minutes.
