Heat a swirl of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook, crumbling, until browned and cooked through.
Drain any grease then transfer the meat to the Crock-Pot.
Add the remaining ingredients 7 ingredients including seasonings. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for about 3 hours.
To serve: scoop your sloppy joe onto toasted burger buns and serve warm.
