I’ve got a monster sized dessert to share with you today!

We have this restaurant that we love when we go home to Florida called BJ’s Brewhouse. It’s been so long since we’ve been there that I can’t even remember all our favorite menu items except their signature dessert: a Pizookie! A Pizookie is a giant cookie topped with ice cream and served in a pie pan. Basically it’s a pizza style cookie (get it?!) and it is amazing! I have wanted to make one at home and when I saw a video on Tiktok showing that you could make one in your AirFryer, I knew I had to try! Simple grilled peaches are my favorite and when the weather isn’t cooperating I grill them in my grill pan on the stove and pop in the broiler. For this dessert, I crumble oatmeal raisin cookies on top and a scoop of ice cream for a simple summer treat!

Y’all know I have a sweet tooth and like any true foodie I like to try new things. So when I experimented with no bake cookies last Christmas and tried a Haystack for the first time, I knew I had found something special. These simple 3-4 ingredient treats are made with melted peanut butter and butterscotch poured over crunchy chow mein noodles. My original recipe was one of my most popular on the blog, so I decided for Valentine’s Day I would make a twist on the original Haystacks and switch out chocolate for peanut butter. This also makes them school and church friendly since peanut butter treats are usually not allowed there because of children’s allergies.Try this recipe today. It only takes 5 minutes to make and I bet you’ll love them as much as I do!

Add brown sugar and softened butter to a large mixing bowl.

Now add egg and egg yolk.

Mix until well combined then with the mixer on low speed, slowly add the flour mixture until incorporated. The dough will be thick.

Now it’s time for the good stuff!

Stir in chopped candy and chocolate gently by hand.

I use 1/2 cup M&Ms.

Then 1/2 cup chopped Hershey’s Bar.

I had to add 1/2 cup of my favorite chopped Snickers candy.

Add it all to the bowl and gently stir together.

Of course I couldn’t forget chopped mini Oreos, about 1/4 cup.

Lastly, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, any kind you want but I like semi sweet.

Spread evenly into the pan.

Press remaining 2 tbsp M&M’s on top of the cake.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.

Cool slightly then remove onto a cooking rack to cool completely.

Optional: once cooled add decorative frosting around the edges and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.

Banana Pudding to me is the ultimate Southern dessert. There are so many varieties of this creamy, sweet pudding and I have never found one that was just right. Until now.

There’s a restaurant back home in Navarre, FL called The Rib Shack. It’s a little hole in the wall place and I have been eating there for years. They are known for the BBQ but I’ll let you in on a little secret: they have the BEST Banana Pudding around! It is smooth and creamy with no banana chunks and it is topped with a crunchy brown sugar crumble. I always order some when I am in town {and sometime take an order to go too!}. I have tried many times to recreate their pudding at home and it just isn’t right. But then I came across Domestic Rebel’s recipe for Banana Pudding cupcakes and I knew it was what I had been looking for! I add a mixture of crushed Vanilla Wafers and brown sugar on top and let it chill for an hour or two before serving. This recipe is great alone in a dish or make it a trifle, parfait, or even top cupcakes with it! You can’t go wrong with Banana Pudding!

How delish does that look?!

Now for the brown sugar topping!

In a food processor, add 1/4 cup Vanilla Wafers and pulse until crushed.

Add brown sugar and pulse until combined.

You don’t have to completely crush the cookies,

leave some smaller chunks for texture.

Take the chilled pudding out of the fridge and scoop into bowls or serving dishes.

Optional: you can add one thinly sliced banana.

I baked banana bread in a muffin tin and
